  • There is a stated nationalisation policy at Redington.  It is created with the purpose of having a planned and structured approach to our efforts, in promoting and grooming citizens of the land to take up positions of prominence. 

    We welcome talented youth from the regions in which we operate. We are committed to their growth not only within the organisation but also intellectually.

    We have reserved positions till certain level to be filled by citizens of the land only. We ensure complete compliance to statutory requirements pertaining to nationalisation prescribed by local government.

    In our Redington office in Africa, we encourage hiring of local talents instead of expats for Junior and Middle Management levels. We believe that local talents have a lot to offer even for Senior Management levels. 

    Similarly, in Middle East, we strictly adhere and aim to do better than the statutory requirements of nationalization in the region. Specific nationalization plans and programs are put in place to induct local talent across Middle Eastern countries.
